Terms of Service for FaastHub and Its Affiliates

1. Introduction

Welcome to FaastHub, operated by FaastHub LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy governs the privacy practices for FaastHub and its affiliated services, including FaastCash, FaastShop, FaastDispatch, FaastRide, and FaastExpress (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. For FaastRide and FaastExpress drivers, additional eligibility criteria, including background checks and vehicle requirements, may apply.

3. Account Registration

• Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account, providing accurate and complete information.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate: Any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe: On the rights of others.
• Distribute: Malware, viruses, or harmful software.

4.1. Driver-Specific Terms (FaastRide and FaastExpress)

• Independent Contractors: Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of FaastHub.
• Driver Requirements: Drivers must maintain valid driver’s licenses, insurance, and comply with local laws.
• Compliance: Drivers agree to undergo background checks and vehicle inspections where applicable.

4.2. Passenger and User Conduct (FaastRide, FaastExpress, and FaastShop)

• Users must respect drivers, couriers, and other users.
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Payment Terms

• Fees: Some Services require payment of fees, which will be disclosed before purchase.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely, and you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for any applicable fees.
• Dynamic Pricing: For FaastRide and FaastExpress, prices may vary based on demand, traffic, and other factors.
• Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel a service after a certain period.
• Refunds: Refund policies vary by Service. Please refer to specific Service agreements for details.

6. Driver and Business Partner Obligations

For users of FaastExpress, FaastRide, and FaastDispatch:

• Licensing: Drivers must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and meet regulatory requirements.
• Compliance: Businesses must comply with all applicable laws regarding products and services offered through our platform.
• Safety: Drivers must ensure the safety of passengers and packages. Unsafe conduct may lead to suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Services are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without prior written consent.

8. User Content

For users of FaastExpress, FaastRide, and FaastDispatch:

• Ownership: You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content to provide the Services.
• Prohibited Content: You may not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
