This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for services offered by FaastHub and its affiliated services, including FaastCash, FaastShop, FaastDispatch, FaastRide, and FaastExpress (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. General Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date.
  • Refunds are subject to review and approval based on the specific conditions outlined below.
  • All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • Non-refundable items include service fees, subscription fees after the trial period, and any fees incurred through third-party providers.

3. Refund Policy by Service

3.1. FaastExpress (Courier Services)

  • Eligible for Refund: If the delivery was not completed due to a service failure caused by FaastHub.
  • Not Eligible: If the delivery was delayed due to incorrect information provided by the user, force majeure events, or if the recipient was unavailable.
  • Partial Refunds: May be granted for delayed deliveries that fall outside of the guaranteed delivery window.

3.2. FaastRide (Rideshare Services)

  • Eligible for Refund: If the driver did not arrive, the ride was canceled due to a driver issue, or there was a duplicate charge.
  • Not Eligible: If the cancellation occurs after the cancellation window, for dissatisfaction with the route taken, or delays caused by traffic.
  • Cancellation Fees: Applicable if the ride is canceled after the driver has been dispatched.

3.3. FaastShop (E-commerce Services)

  • Eligible for Refund: For items not received, defective products, or incorrect orders.
  • Not Eligible: For items damaged after delivery, perishable goods, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Return Process: Items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3.4. FaastDispatch (Driver Dispatch Subscriptions)

  • Eligible for Refund: If the subscription was canceled within the 15-days trial period.
  • Not Eligible: After the trial period, for partially used subscription periods, or if the account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Prorated Refunds: Not available unless required by law.

3.5. FaastCash (Incentive Program)

  • Non-Refundable: FaastCash points and rewards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
