FaastHub Driver Requirements

At FaastHub, we are dedicated to providing a fast, secure, and efficient experience for our customers and businesses. Our drivers and riders are independent subcontractors who play a crucial role in ensuring fast, secure, and efficient rides and deliveries. Below are the requirements to become a FaastHub driver or rider.

Minimum Requirements

Before signing up, drivers and riders must meet the following criteria:

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement to drive or ride in their country or region.
  • Have at least one year of licensed driving experience (additional experience may be required in some locations).
  • Possess a valid driver’s license for the region they are operating in.
  • Must pass a background check, which includes reviewing driving history and criminal records.
  • Own or have access to an eligible vehicle that meets FaastHub’s standards.

Vehicle Requirements

Drivers and riders can use their own vehicle or rent/lease one that meets FaastHub’s criteria. Vehicle eligibility varies by region but must generally meet the following standards:

FaastExpress (Delivery Service)

Allowed Vehicles General Requirements
Cars, SUVs, vans, cargo vans, bikes, and electric bikes
(depending on delivery type).
Vehicles must be well-maintained and meet local roadworthiness standards. Insurance coverage must be valid and compliant with local regulations.

FaastRide (Rideshare Service)

Allowed Vehicles General Requirements
Cars (4-door) with seat belts for at least four passengers and motorbikes.
Vehicles and motorbikes must pass a safety inspection. Vehicles must not be older than the maximum age limit set by FaastHub in each region. Must have valid insurance that meets local rideshare requirements.

Required Documents

To complete registration, drivers and riders must submit the following:

  • Valid driver’s license from the operating region.
  • Proof of residency in the city, state, or province they will be operating in.
  • Vehicle registration and insurance (for those using their own vehicles).
  • Profile photo that clearly shows the driver’s or rider’s face (no hats or sunglasses).
  • Bank account details for receiving earnings (or mobile payment details where applicable).

Driver & Rider Screening

To ensure safety and reliability, all applicants must pass a background check, which includes:

  • Driving history check – to ensure responsible driving behavior.
  • Criminal background check – to verify there are no major offenses that could compromise safety.
  • Vehicle or motor bike inspection (if required) – to confirm the vehicle meets local safety and quality standards.
