Request Account Deletion

At FaastHub, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you are a user of the FaastHub Customer and Driver app and would like to request deletion of your account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

🧾 What Can Be Deleted:

  • Your user profile and personal information
  • Trip history and delivery records
  • Payment and earnings details
  • Any other data associated with your account

🛠 How to Request Data Deletion:

Option 1: From the App

  1. Open the FaastHub+ or FaastDrive app
  2. Go to Menu > Delete Account and confirm

Option 2: Request via Email - You can also request data deletion by emailing us at [email protected]

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The phone number or email linked to your account
  • App you are using: FaastHub+ or FaastDrive
  • A brief message confirming your request
