At FaastHub, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you are a user of the FaastHub Customer and Driver app and would like to request deletion of your account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
🧾 What Can Be Deleted:
- Your user profile and personal information
- Trip history and delivery records
- Payment and earnings details
- Any other data associated with your account
🛠How to Request Data Deletion:
Option 1: From the App
- Open the FaastHub+ or FaastDrive app
- Go to Menu > Delete Account and confirm
Option 2: Request via Email - You can also request data deletion by emailing us at [email protected]
Please include:
- Your full name
- The phone number or email linked to your account
- App you are using: FaastHub+ or FaastDrive
- A brief message confirming your request
